Stuffed Peppers
Traditional Bulgarian dish with minced meat and rice
Products:
(For 4 servings)
8 large bell peppers
For the filling:
250 g mince
1 cup rice
4 tbsp oil
1 carrot, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp paprika
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tbsp flour

3-4 tablespoons flour

1 cup yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
